Symposium theme

ISTEC 2019: the International Symposium: Transportation in Emerging Countries aims to bring together leading academic scientists, research scholars, students and practioners to exchange and share their experiences and research results on all aspects of Transportation in the South. It also provides an interdisciplinary platform for researchers, practitioners and educators to present and discuss the most recent innovations, trends, and concerns as well as practical challenges encountered and solutions adopted in this fields.

ISTEC 2019 is organised by the Transportation Research Institute (IMOB) – Hasselt University and supported by VLIR UOS. The conference will take place at Hasselt University, Hasselt, Belgium on Wednesday 5 and Thursday 6 November 2019.
